He was made to do it.                    English Language Tips 2: Write `law-and-order situation`, NOT `law and order situation`, When you write simply `law land order`, there is no need for using hyphen, as there is no need to make it a compound word. In the first instance, law-and-order is made into a compound word to create an adjective to qulify the noun situation. In the second, the phrase law and order is not followed by any such NP and so you need not use such hyphenated compound as adjective.                    English Language Tips 1: Write `adviser to the prime minister`, NOT `adviser of the prime minister`.                    Write `adviser of the government`, NOT `adviser to the government`.

5 dead, over 2 hurt in Las Vegas concert shooting

At least people were killed and over 200 injured in a Las Vegas concert shooting on Sunday night before the single shooter himself was shot down, in what is described as the deadliest such incident in the United States.

A CNN report quoting a police account says shots were fired from the 32nd floor of the Las Vegas Strip resort in “the deadliest mass shooting in US history”.

Country singer Jason Aldean was performing at the time.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Sheriff Joseph Lombardo named the suspect as 64-year-old Stephen Paddock. Described as a "local resident," the suspected shooter was killed.

Off-duty police officers are among the dead, according to the police officer.

This one eclipses last year`s massacre of 49 people at an Orlando nightclub attack.

Thousands of panicked people fled the scene, in some cases trampling one another as law- enforcement officers scrambled to locate and kill the gunman. Shocked concertgoers, some with blood on their clothes, wandered the streets after the attack.

Police said they had no information yet about the attacker’s motive or religious belief. He was not believed to be connected to any militant group.

"We have no idea what his belief system was," Lombardo said. "We`ve located numerous firearms within the room that he occupied."
