38th BCS exams likely in October, PSC begins process

The Bangladesh Public Service Commission has issued the circular for the next BCS examinations.

Applications will be accepted between July 10 and Aug 10, Commission Chairman Muhammed Sadique said. The candidates will have to mention their National ID numbers in the documents.

"Every script of the written exams will be evaluated by two examiners. If the difference of their scores is more than 20, then a third examiner will grade that script," he was quoted as saying in media reports.

The preliminary exams might be held in October.

Commission`s Exam Controller AEM Nesaruddin said they have called for applications to recruit 2,024 civil servants.

The commission posted the circular on its website on Tuesday.
