He was made to do it.                    English Language Tips 2: Write `law-and-order situation`, NOT `law and order situation`, When you write simply `law land order`, there is no need for using hyphen, as there is no need to make it a compound word. In the first instance, law-and-order is made into a compound word to create an adjective to qulify the noun situation. CJ Sinha on a month`s leave

uns24.com

Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha goes on a month`s leave from Monday, incidentally amid a row over his verdict that cancelled the 16th constitutional amendment.

Attorney-General Mahbubey Alam confirmed his decision on Monday, a day before the Supreme Court is set to reopen after a one-month-long vacation.

Some of the chief justice`s observations in the verdict that took away parliament`s powers to sack judges irked stalwarts in the ruling Awami League.

Pro-Awami League lawyers had threatened to start a campaign against Justice Sinha after the end of the court`s recess.
